Real Estate Investment With No Money Down

Saturday, May 5th, 2012

Today I am going to share with you three ways to invest in real estate even if you have no money whatsoever and even if you want to invest in Canada. I’m sure you have probably seen infomercials and commercials about big gurus coming from all over the world and especially the US and saying “Hey, you can invest in real estate with no money down.” Now, there is some truth to that and I’m going to share how I’m doing it right now.

For instance when you are using money from a line of credit; when you are using a bank’s money; when you are using money from loans; when you are using money from investors (an investor is somebody who has money and wants to invest with you) or if you are using private lenders and hard money lenders that are also available in Toronto area that have money but they don’t have time; when you utilize their money to buy your project or your property, it’s considered as a no-money-down investment. Why? Because it didn’t come out of your pocket. It (the money) came from either banks or from another individual to fund a deal.
